Robert B McDade

D.M.D

Dr. “Bob” McDade was born and raised in Middlesboro, Kentucky. After high school, he received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Kentucky and then attended University of Louisville Dental School and graduated in 1975. The next four years were spent in Clarksville, Tennessee where he was stationed at Ft Campbell and served in the 101st Airborne Division. He provided dental services for many soldiers and their families and received extra training under the guidance of oral surgeons, endodontists, pedodontists and orthodontists.

Dr. McDade moved to Bullitt County and has lived there the last 30 years, practicing dentistry. He is married to Sarah Nell Hamilton and has enjoyed raising their family, Molly, Maggie and Michael in the Shepherdsville area. He is active in his church and his interests includes golf, running and travel.

Dr. McDade is constantly striving to keep the office up-to-date with the latest technology. He enjoys his patients and takes pride in learning new ways to enhance his dental skills. He attends many Continuing Education courses to keep current of the latest research. He is a member of American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association and Louisville Dental Society. He volunteers each year to the local Smile Kentucky to help screen students and complete some of their dental work.

Sarah Hasewinkel

DDS

Dr. Sarah Hasewinkel is originally from Sheridan, Indiana. She completed her undergraduate studies at Hanover College, with a major in Biochemistry and minor in Spanish.
She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2019. Afterwards, she completed a two year general dentistry residency at the University of Louisville Hospital.
During her time in dental school, Dr. Hasewinkel attended three dental mission trips. Two in Ecuador through Dental Community Fellowship, and another in Rosebud, South Dakota. She hopes to participate in more dental missions and teach throughout her career.
She currently teaches part-time at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, and has private practice experience.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Hasewinkel enjoys staying active, workout classes, reading, and spending time with her friends and family. She also has an orange tabby cat named Louie.

Laura Benitez

D.M.D.

Dr. Laura Benitez was born and raised in Somerset, Kentucky. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Centre College in 2020. She graduated from University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in May of 2024 with her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

While in dental school, Dr. Benitez spent her free time volunteering at Mission Lexington Clinic, a clinic that provides free dental care for underserved populations. She also attended two service trips with the Remote Area Medical Clinic, to provide free dental care to residents of Hazard, KY.

When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Benitez enjoys spending time on her family’s farm, cooking, exercising, and going deer and turkey hunting with her husband, Arsenio. For the last four years, she has been an active member of Southland Christian Church, leading worship for 8th graders and pre-school kids. She and her husband are currently looking for a church home in Louisville.
